Every price on this page is the real price. Month-to-month, no contracts, no per-seat fees, no usage charges. Most businesses start with one closed month for $497 and decide from there.
Before any recurring commitment, one complete month-end close, configured to your chart of accounts and delivered within two weeks.
Work delivered on a fixed schedule. Each plan contains everything in the plan below it. No separate setup tier is required — the $497 First Close is your setup.
The close, the cash position, and payroll readiness. This is the plan that replaces doing month-end yourself.
Everything in Books, plus the front end of the business: which leads to work and a CRM that stays current without anyone typing into it.
Everything in Books + Pipeline, plus marketing execution and the reporting rhythm that keeps a growing business legible to its owner.
A bookkeeper runs $500–$2,500 a month. A fractional controller runs $3,000–$8,000. Books is $897.
Not by company size. The question is which job is currently landing on someone who should be doing something else.
You or your office manager are still personally doing month-end, usually at night, usually late. You find out what the month looked like somewhere around the 20th of the next one.
The books are handled, but leads sit for days before anyone calls them, and the CRM has not been accurate since the last time someone cleaned it up by hand.
You are running everything — finance, sales follow-up, marketing, and reporting — and the constraint is your own hours rather than any one function.
Start with the $497 First Close. It answers the question with your own numbers instead of a sales conversation, and it credits in full against whichever plan you choose afterward.
Every service is available on its own. The bundles above exist because most businesses need several, not because these are unavailable separately.

Setup covers configuration, not installation: chart-of-accounts mapping, thresholds, business rules, output formats, and approval workflow. See how setup works →

Scoped and quoted before any work begins. Custom connector integration — Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, Epic, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, AthenaHealth, Great Plains, FreshBooks — plus skill modification and enterprise integration.
A three-day Oracle engagement is a $6,000 project — you know that before you start, not after.
Yes. We produce the close package. Your bookkeeper or CPA handles filing and advisory. The roles do not overlap, and a clean close package usually makes your accountant's work faster and cheaper.
Your books stay in your own QuickBooks account. Access is read-only unless you explicitly grant more, and it is revoked whenever you ask. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used to train any model.
On the Back Office plans, no. Work arrives as finished documents on a fixed schedule. The self-serve setup tiers are the option for owners who do want to run the system themselves, and those include training.
A chatbot answers questions. This delivers documents. The output is a reconciled close packet, a cash forecast, or a payroll readiness check, produced on a date you can plan around.
Nothing is filed, sent, posted, or paid on your behalf. Deliverables arrive for your review. You decide what to act on.
Maintaining the configuration against platform changes is part of the recurring fee. If something breaks upstream, fixing it is our job, not yours.
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees.
The same thing as month one: the close package, the cash snapshots, and the payroll check arriving on schedule, reviewed by a person before they reach you. The configuration also keeps changing as your business does.
The system runs on Claude, and that subscription is held in your name so the account and its data belong to you rather than to us. Pro at $20/month is the minimum; Max at $100/month is recommended for the heavier plans.
The cheapest way to find out whether any of this is worth it is to have one real month closed with your own numbers. It credits in full toward whichever plan you pick.
