No. Single-skill and bundle engagements are available at the Growth tier minimum. The Enterprise tier includes ongoing custom skill builds as part of the monthly retainer. If you're on Starter, you'll need to upgrade before we can build.
Most single skills are scoped, built, and deployed within 3–7 business days after you approve the quote. More complex skills involving custom connectors or enterprise platforms (Oracle, Epic, Salesforce) are scoped individually — timeline is included in your written quote.
We test against your real data before delivery. If the output doesn't match what was defined in the scope, we fix it — that's included in the build price. Bundle engagements include a 30-day post-delivery refinement window.
Yes. Oracle EBS, Fusion Cloud, Epic, ServiceTitan, Salesforce, AthenaHealth, Great Plains — if it has an API or can export structured data, we can build a connector. Custom connectors are included in Enterprise and scoped individually for bundle engagements.
Yes. We monitor Anthropic releases and update skills when model changes affect behavior. Retainer clients get proactive updates. Single-skill clients can purchase maintenance on a per-update basis or upgrade to a retainer tier.
Yes. The scoping call is complimentary and carries no obligation. We use it to understand your workflow and determine whether a custom skill is the right fit. If it is, you'll receive a written fixed-price quote within 24–48 hours. No work begins until you explicitly approve.
